The staff were great breakfast was excellent and when we realised that it was less than a 10 minute walk from Partignone

Good number. Great breakfast.
Old plumbing and very uncomfortable bathroom.

Was adequate hotel but nothing special
It was clean. Few staff were friendly
Swimming pool was closed. Property had water damage on carpet and ceiling in few hallways. Some parts looked run down. Location was far from Florence centre and trains only ran every 40mins or so making it difficult to travel quickly
